The Meadowbrook Buggy Bath car wash is halfway submerged in swirling, muddy water from the flooding Mill Creek along Greenbrier Street near Charleston, West Virginia during the major flash floods of June 16, 2003. The car wash will not survive the flood. Image is from video.
