| Appalachian Skies Media offers stock images in high-resolution digital formats suitable for print graphics, advertisements, presentations, and other media. We also offer professional-quality mounted prints suitable for framing from any of the images in our catalog. Most of our photographs are on traditional 35mm slide and negative film, but we also employ digital camera technology for a portion of the images. Appalachian Skies also offers broadcast-quality stock video footage in our Weather Video Archive.
We deliver our images via download or on CD-ROM in standard TIFF format, but can accomodate requests for almost any digital image format. Print orders are shipped free via USPS Priority Mail.

Just released! Our new StormScenes Photo CD is a two-disc CDROM set contaning 750 photos of lightning, tornadoes, clouds, auroras, floods, storm damage, rainbows and more! The image files range from 2400 x 1800 pixels (digital photos) to 1800 x 1200 pixels (35mm slide scans), making them perfect for applications such as desktop publishing, advertising, web, onscreen video graphics, and some print applications.
